Enhance Students' Employabilities

  1. Career map (program), certificate map and the students' employability index are established to help students develop their careers and lead the department to plan the curriculum.
  2. Under our medium and long-term plans, we continue to perform student professional license training to help our students pass financial certification exams and increase students’ competitiveness. It is worth mentioning that two of our graduates, Li Hsiu-Hsuan and Guo Jun-Hong, had got more than 20 pieces of certification before they graduated. 
  3. Based on the needs from our practical operation, e-Learning courses are used as complementary methods when current teaching faculties cannot satisfy students' needs.
  4. To shorten the matching time between employers and students, and to increase students' employabilities, cooperative enterprises are enquired regularly and are asked to attend the employment fair in our school during the graduation season.
